i was almost ready to give a glowing review, but this hotel failed to impress. the constant emails were absolutely overwhelming. also, i had to specifically request clean sheets after 13 days—that should be standard! i woudlve loved a complimentary gesture for my trouble, but of course, that didn’t happen. shame on you, sonder!

The staff were polite and very friendly.
I was incredibly frustrated with the check-in process. The constant emails about various things felt overwhelming, and despite requesting late check-out, I never received the payment link. Additionally, the steps at the entrance were inconvenient, especially for those with luggage.

Some wall marks from previous guests!!! Disappointing narrow clothes hanging space!!! Shower glass too short, resulting in wet floors!!! Dim lighting in gloomy weather detracts from overall comfort!!!

I had a delightful three-night stay, enjoying the cozy lounge area for relaxed meals and the self-serve amenities. Connecting my phone to the TV took some effort, but I loved the inviting atmosphere. Just remember to adjust the bath mat to keep floors dry!

I stayed in a Queen Room for 5 nights, and it was really comfortable and quiet! The kettle and coffee maker were a nice touch, and the toiletries were lovely. I got a great desk to work at, which was super helpful. Check-in and out was easy too!
